Being Saved is So Sweet

Denver is a very lucky boy, and he knows it. Here he is, snuggling with his sis-fur Madison. He adores his adopted family, and he lets them know it every chance he gets.

The Joys of Solid Food

The babies are getting so big! Except little Brice Wayne, the black baby. He is still not sure whether solid food is a good idea. But everyone else is soo excited!

Oh Babies!

The poor kiddos and Momma have a vet appointment tomorrow, I think all of them have ringworm!
I will let everyone know all about ringworm and how the kids are doing after their appointment, so I will keep you updated!
( Lucy's sweet face is getting absolutely gorgeous!!)

Well Hello Bright Eyes!

Barry Alan has a new name! He is going to be Denver from now on. The Man is a massive Denver Broncos fan, and since the little guy is orange, he is not the new mascot for the team. He is also the mascot for this litter, even though he is adopted. He is fabulous and sweet.

All of the kid-tens have their eyes open now, all but one. Little Hal Jordon is the last one, which is odd, because he is the biggest in the litter! All of them are starting to play and wrestle with each other, and it is freaking adorable. The try to bite each others' tails and legs with mouths that have no teeth!

The babies love The Man. He is a Kitten Whisperer. The little guys found him by scent when they were blind, and now they use both their eyes and noses to find him whenever he is in the same room with them.

Beautiful little Madison is such a lady. Both of the girls are really sweet, and more mature than their obnoxious brothers. I think it is adorable.

Mason, her twin brother, continues to be the runt, but he is the smartest and most adventurous. Nothing can keep this little guy down!

Diana has made herself the queen of the house. She is so loving, and a big attention hog! She is going to make someone a great pet.

Diana and the Supercats

The Man and I love cats, sometimes I think he does more than I do. This is our first foster litter, and being HUGE comic book fans, we named most of the kittens Superhero names! So I am going to introduce them one by one, starting with Momma...

 Diana... AKA Wonder Woman

Diana is a sweet Momma. She is so tiny, and a fiercely protective mother. She has chased Blue, our Dog; Dante, our neutered male cat, and Dylan away from her area of the hallway. She is mostly white with tabby blotches, only weighing around 7 lbs. I am feeding her canned food in the morning and at night, she needs to keep up her strength for the babies.

 Barry Alan aka The Flash

Little Barry has had it hard for a 6 day old. His real Mommy and all his siblings were killed by a dog. He got really lucky, because when Diana showed up at the shelter, she allowed him to nurse, and now he has a new Mommy!

So far he is about 3-4 days older than all the rest of the kittens, and his size shows it. His eyes and ears are also open. He is an orange tabby with what looks to be a medium hair coat. He is a fuzzy little man, who loves to cuddle with his adopted siblings.

His best friend is this next little man...

Bruce Wayne aka Batman

This little black short haired boy has a massive voice on him. He is an explorer and loves to cuddle his big adopted brother, Barry. Like the rest of his litter his eyes and ears are still shut. We guesstimate him to be about 4-5 days old.

Hal Jordon aka Green Lantern

Jordon is a short haired swirled Tabby boy. He is very adventurous but not very vocal. He is the biggest of the litter, but doesn't show it.

 Lucy

The first of our two girls is little Lucy. She is Mommy's twin, being all white with tabby blotches. She is a sweet little explorer that is in love with the Man. She doesn't have a superhero name, because the Man took one look at her and said, " She looks like a Lucy." I couldn't argue.

 Madison aka Wonder-Twin Number 1

Madison is a full tabby girl. She is actually larger than her twin brother. The wonder twins were a little known superhero brother and sister, whose names I forget. Maddy loves to roam around, and she has a massive voice coming out of her little body.

Mason aka Wonder Twin Number 2

Mason is a tad lighter and smaller than his loud sister. He is calm and collected so far and is a big eater. He is the runt of the litter, and is usually alone. Don't worry, I am keeping an eye on him, and I have some Kitten Milk Replacement ready in case he isn't getting enough. Diana is an amazing Mommy, so I doubt I will have to break it out.

Barry says HI!, and stay tuned for more updates!

Mommy Plus Six makes a Magnificent Seven!

Today I welcomed into my home, an adorable and way too young Mommy cat and her 5 kittens. She was sweet enough to start feeding an orphan as well, so we have 6 kittens total. The orphan just opened his eyes this morning, and the others are less than a week old. They will be with me for a few months until I adopt them all out.

Pictures coming soon! I am letting Mommy and the babies calm down so I can sex and name them, and get their pictures taken.

Stay tuned!
